Most of Wisconsin AHEC's programs are developed through the Boards of the regional Centers. Proposals are usually accepted in the February and March and developed through the spring. As AHEC's funding levels are not known until state and federal budget deliberations conclude, awards are not confirmed until July-September of each year.
