| The National Health Service Corps offers loan repayment assistance to primary health care professionals who agree to practice at least two years in a designated rural or urban HPSA. An NHSC loan can provide up to $50,000 for a two-year obligation. The Wisconsin Primary Care Program helps providers and clinics by providing information and helping with the application process.
