primary care providers (MD, DO, NP, PA and CNMs) who agree to practice in health

| The Nursing Education Loan Repayment Program is available to registered
nurses who have competed a diploma or academic degree in nursing and who will
practice in one of the nurse shortage counties in Wisconsin. Information is available

| The Indian Health Service Loan Repayment Program is a federal program
providing loan repayment to primary care physicians (MD/DO), dentists, NPs, CNMs,
RNs, nurse anesthetists, mental health and allied health practitioners who serve a
minimum two year obligation at Indian Health Service facilities and approved tribal

| The National Health Service Corps offers loan repayment assistance to
primary health care professionals who agree to practice at least two years in a
designated rural or urban HPSA. An NHSC loan can provide up to $50,000 for a two-year
obligation. The Wisconsin Primary Care Program helps providers and clinics by
providing information and helping with the application process. Additional
